Jefi is an Amazing realtor! I am a military service member who needed to sell my rental property while out of state. Jefi took the lead in laying out a detailed strategy that led to a us selling our property in 30 days….during COVID…..with tenants still occupying it. This was no small task! Wow! What can I say? Rather, what CAN’T I say about Jefi’s complete and overall professionalism? My sister and her family were relocating here from out of state. I knew there would be some unique challenges and snafus due to the long distance nature of the home purchase. Amazing realtor! Firstly, Jefi is a kind and caring person who will WORK to get you into your dream home. Our family had a unique situation of selling two homes and purchasing one pretty much all at the same time. Jefi navigated the buying/selling waters for us with such ease.
